Catering for gatherings

You can change or cancel an accepted order until our kitchen starts preparing it. After that, a change or cancellation needs the store manager's approval. Delivered or failed orders can't be cancelled.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds normally appear 5-7 business days after we submit them; service credits to your Mathaq loyalty account are instant.

If an item is missing or you received the wrong dish, we remake that item or refund that item's price: one or the other, never both.

If your food arrives cold or isn't up to standard, send us a photo with the original packaging. Once verified, we add one 15.00 SAR or AED service credit to your Mathaq loyalty account.

Every order carries a 30-minute delivery promise. 1-29 minutes late earns one 15.00 SAR or AED service credit; 30 minutes or more earns one 30.00 credit. A failed delivery is refunded instead.

Four Mathaq kitchens are open, each delivering to its own districts: Tahlia and Olaya, and Malqa and Yasmin in Riyadh; Dubai Marina and JBR, and Jumeirah and Al Wasl in Dubai.

A catering order is for 1 to 100 guests. More than 24 hours before your event you can change the guest count once; within 24 hours, any change or cancellation needs our catering coordinator's approval.

WELCOME10 gave 10.00 SAR or AED off one order placed from 1 to 31 August 2026, one use per customer. Mathaq loyalty members hold the Green or Silver tier.

Report an allergic reaction, illness or a foreign object straight away: it goes to a food-safety specialist as an urgent case. If symptoms may be serious, get medical or emergency help first.
